Darren has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Newport Beach for over a decade, working from an attachment perspective to help individuals, couples, and families move through emotional disconnection toward relational health. He holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vanguard University, is trained in EMDR and Attachment Core Pattern Therapy, and is a member of CAMFT. Outside the office, Darren enjoys surfing, tennis, trail running, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Kristin is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #155818), practicing under Darren's supervision. She draws on attachment theory, existentialism, and narrative therapy to help clients work through depression, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges, and welcomes integrating faith-based perspectives when it's meaningful to a client's care. Kristin holds a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Vanguard University. Outside the therapy room, she's a wife, mother of two, and former dog-daycare owner.
